We booked the room late evening the same day. Response from the host was very fast.
Parking is available on the street or in near parkings.
Can't complain about the price I paid.
The sound from the street early morning is a bit loud. But thats normal in city centre.

emplacement peu éloigné du bord de mer
sanitaires coincés à côté du lavabo, espace très restreint,non adapté aux personnes corpulentes,pas trouvé de lumière pour l'espace salle de bain/wc, obligée de laisser la porte ouverte .
Rue très bruyante dès le matin ( très fréquentée).
Faible isolation pour le bruit des voisins que l'on entend se moucher.
