Nice apartment which we hope to stay in again. Excellent location and very comfortable.

Had to park up on the road and go up to the apartment to get the keys and clicker for the parking, but once parked in the grounds access was easy.

Beau weekend ensoleillé avec promenades en ville, sur la plage et auprès des mammifères marins .

L'appartement est proche à pied de la plage 10 min et du centre ville de Berck-Plage 15 min. La salle d'eau est très bien équipée et très propre. La cuisine est bien équipée. La literie est confortable. l'appartement est lumineux et bien chauffé.La vue sur la dune nous rappelle le bord de mer tout proche. L'Hôte a répondu très rapidement et positivement à nos interrogations. Merci pour votre accueil.

Eclairage du séjour un peu faible et table un peu ancienne mais détails dérisoires par rapport à tout le reste qui nous a bien convenu.

Appartement cosy, bien situé et indications détaillées avant l'arrivée

Situation idéale proche des dunes (vue partielle des dunes). Bonne isolation phonique (on entend les bruits extérieurs et intérieurs) . Salle de bain très récente. Bien chauffé. Lit pont très pratique. Doté d'un balcon, d'un ascenseur et un parking privatif fermé. Linge de lit et de toilette fournis gracieusement. Disettes de café pour Senseo et sachets de thé à disposition ainsi que sacs poubelle.. Réponse rapide du propriétaire par messagerie.

Détails mineurs. Difficile d'ouvrir la porte fenêtre (bois dilaté par l'humidité) et comme je l'ai signalé au propriétaire la bouilloire est à remplacer.

Franchement agréablement surprise, studio propre et spacieux, bien équipé. Rien a dire. L odeur des serviettes j adore ainsi que les petites attentions : dosettes de café/thé/bonbons. Les voisins sont calmes et polis. Je reviendrais 😉

Alors les oreillers finissaient derrière le lit au réveil,moi je rajouterais un traversin pour bloquer le creux.

Un congélateur serait le bienvenu. Revoir l'ouverture grande fenêtre balcon manque verrou (Cassé) Porte des toilettes ne ferme pas Gène de la baguette de séparation au sol. Quiques couverts en plus...nous disposions que de 3 fourchettes.

Cet appartement est situé à proximité de la plage, du centre ville et d'un centre commercial. La salle de bain et la cuisine sont neuves. La résidence est très calme ! Le parking sécurisé est un plus. Cet appartement est idéal pour un petit séjour et pour 2 personnes : pas suffisamment équipé pour plus

La porte de la salle de bain qui grince (pas top la nuit) et la porte ne ferme pas complètement. Le mur côté fenêtre et le balcon auraient besoin d'un rafraîchissement. On ne peut pas ouvrir une des portes fenêtres car le verrou du haut est cassé. Le micro-ondes est placé un peu trop haut Il faudrait demander à Booking d'enlever le mot "chambre" sur l'annonce (voir photo), il n'y a pas de chambre, juste un lit escamotable dans la pièce à vivre.

Appartement non loin de la plage dans une résidence, parking gratuit bien sécurisé

Petit appartement très bien situé, propre, bonne communication avec Maxime le propriétaire qui est très disponible si besoin est, cerise sur le gâteau : il y a une place de parking sécurisée et gratuite que j'ai particulièrement appréciée en ce temps de festival du cerf volant

Petit appartement très sympa

Petit appartement fonctionnel très sympa, très propre, situé dans un endroit calme avec parking privé pour la voiture. Chauffages intérieurs de très bonne qualité, cuisine, salle a manger, lit confortable et douche vraiment top. Facile pour y accéder, ascenseur, avec des indications précises du propriétaire je recommande vivement ce petit appartement pour un petit séjour très agréable.

Mooie zonsondergangen.

Mooi, vrij uitzicht. S'avonds zie je de zon ondergaan in de duinen. Alles is schoon. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is zeer goed. De prive parkeerplaats was zeer prettig, omdat we fietsen bij ons hadden. Samengevat; een fijn, zonnig en rustig appartement, weg van massa toerisme nabij de zee.

Eigenlijk niets. Prijs kwaliteit is in een goede balans.

On vous vends une annonce avec une chambre mais en arrivant cela est un lit escamotable !!!!!!!! Après dans l'annonce appartement rénové ??? voir la salle de bain et non isolement du volet de fenêtre on entend tout.
