Endroit parfait a partager en famille

Endroit parfait pour se déplacer à la plage sans véhicule. Logement parfait pour une belle petite famille de 5 personnes. Un ensemble d équipement pratique. Une femme de ménage très gentille , et au petit soin pour notre arrivé.

Le seule défaut se serait le confort de la literie . Peut être mettre des matelas plus épais . Mais sinon tout est parfait pour passer des vacances au top .

L’isolation phonique est à revoir, on entend beaucoup les voisins. Le logement mériterait quelques rénovations (murs, sols, tapisseries) et un ménage plus soigné dans les détails

Hygiène à revoir… Coussins et canapé très sale camouflé avec un plaid, table basse sale, éclairage général qui ne fonctionnait pas (aucune lumière donc le soir hormis une lampe de chevet), petit présent (gaufrette maroilles) périmé de plusieurs mois… Canapé non fonctionnel qui est HS (banquette inclinée). Communication difficile avec l’hôte, uniquement via whatsApp… Proximité avec commerce correct Logement spacieux, bien agencé et très bien équipé.

La seule chose positive c’est l’emplacement. Proche de la mer. Mais c’est bien la seule chose

Très sale, dans la cage d’escalier odeur à cigarette. Canapé casser, draps sales, porte de la salle de bain inutile je suis rester coincée heureusement que je n’étais pas seule dans ce cagibi ( appartement) beaucoupp trop de msg pour rien. Pas de papier toilette, pas de papier de ménage et pas de serviette . Je me suis retrouver à notre arrivée à faire la lessive des autres . Je me suis dit un jacuzzi trop cool le jacuzzi était moisie. Maison extrêmement sale moisissure aux fenêtres . Cuisine inutile sans ustensiles. Lavabo boucher ( cuisine, salle de bain ) Si vous êtes seul pour faire la fête pourquoi pas mais une famille avec enfants fuyez.

l'emplacement est parfait

ce n'est tout simplement pas propre. La douche est catastrophique. La douchette ne tient pas . Les murs sont en papier on entend les voisins parler.Le radiateur dans les toilettes est un tas de rouille. il y a 5mm de crasse sur toutes les pleintes .

Appartement bien situé mais pas très bien insonorisé.

La proximité des commerces.

Pas de clé dans la boîte à clés à notre arrivée. La conciergerie avait eu un problème et l'a amenée peu après. Le SPA était inutilisable car il y avait une bétonnière à la place, destinée à créer une dalle.

Pas assez isolé. On entend le moindre bruits des voisins. Petit plus qui pourrait être utile, le guide du tri sélectif car d'une région à une autre pas les mêmes façons de faire.

Bel emplacement pour des anciens en recherche de tranquillité

L’appartement est vraiment proche de tous les commerces et de la plage.

Je n'ai pas apprécié la propreté de l'appartement général, le matelas du lit double qui étais si fin que j'avais l'impression de dormir sur un cailloux. Les règles aberrantes tel que plus de bruit à 21h ce qui semble illogique quand tu viens passer un moment avec des enfants.

L'appartement est bien situé.

La propreté du logement est catastrophique Rideau de douche très sale Appartement très vétusté, non entretenu Fauteuil en très mauvais état, impossible d'imaginer dormir dedans Les meubles sont cassés. Les rideaux trainent par terre. Lumière frigo ne fonctionne pas Ustensile de cuisine restreint C'est dommage d'avoir un si bel appartement et de ne pas en prendre soin.

Pour le prix intéressant on a eu le minimum ,déçu venant de loin

L’emplacement près de la mer reposant ,l’appartement bien ,chaudière bruyante,plancher qui grince ,le voisin du dessous pas top ,il a raler car on ne pouvait pas marcher et ceux au dessus de nous bruyant,la literie ça été ,la propreté pas top,le volet roulant du salon cassé,manque des ampoules à la hotte et dans le frigo ainsi que dans la salle de bain et pièce de vie .

La chaudière qui fallait éteindre dès qu’on avait fini utilise de l’eau pour vaisselle et douche car elle monte en température et elle es très bruyante.
