The location of the apartment is fantastic. It is near Rex Cinena Theater to Bonne nouvele bd and poissonniere bd, very close to every point of interest of Paris. Everything is at about 20min walking to reach if you don't want to use the metro. The metro station is a 2 min walk for the lines 8 and 9. Super location!!! The only disadvantage is that the apartment is at the ground floor with what that entails, nevertheless it is very safe!!

El sitio se encuentra muy bien ubicado y con acceso fácil a estaciones de metro,
La batería se había descargado e impidió abrir la puerta con el código, afortunadamente nos pudimos comunicar y acceder a la llave para el acceso. Se deben realizar algunas reparaciones y mantenimientos dentro del apto, por lo cual es importante al llegar verificar el estado en que se recibe el inmueble, a pesar de esto no tuvimos inconvenientes y estuvimos reportando las novedades encontradas al llegar.

Lo mejor fue la ubicación, cerca de dos paradas de metro con líneas diferentes, apartamento pequeño pero cómodo a la vez. Calle muy tranquila donde poder descansar por la noche. El baño y lal ducha. Cápsulas de café.
La tapicería del sofá estaba sucia, tuve que mandar una foto a los propietarios, tuve que poner una toalla encima. Es un bajo (eso ya lo sabíamos previamente), con algo de humedad( había deshumidificador). La TV de la habitación principal no nos funciono en ningún momento, hablamos con ellos pero no se pudo solucionar. Faltaba tenedores y cucharillas lo comentamos y al dia siguiente nos proporcionaron unos nuevos. La escoba estaba rota. Pocas luz natural.
