The apartment is beautiful. I loved the decoration and all the amenities that come with it. The location is nice, too, although to get there is very steep, you have the options of getting a taxi or a bus on warmer days. The surrounding area is very quiet and super close to the Gibralfaro castle and viewpoint. We'd love to stay here again.
We got a bit scared the first night we turned on the air conditioning because it made a very loud and concerning noise, even when turned off. We were able to solve it, and the air conditioning worked fine the rest of the stay. I think the issue was that it hadn't been turned on in a while (this was the beginning of spring/summer, so it makes sense)

Pretty, comfortable apartment 500m from castle entrance. Bus service available from apartment into town but walking distance to town centre with great views on the way down.
TV controls weren’t working properly.
