The location is exceptional since it has quick access to unique spaces for walking and disconnecting such as the Paseo Marítimo, Muelle Uno or the Paseo del Parque. Also it is only a few steps away from tourist attractions such as the Pompidou Museum, Picasso Museum or La Alcazaba. As it is one of the best areas of the capital, you can find exclusive restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, shops and local shops very close to the house.

The apartment was updated and lovely. Communication with Caleta Homes was wonderful. The property is within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We couldn’t have been happier with the rental!

La amabilidad con la que nos recibieron en la oficina fue increíble. Solo con eso daba igual como estuviera el apartamento. Si a eso le sumas que el apartamento estaba impecable y muy bien ubicado, todo suma puntos a favor. Sin duda alguna volveremos muy pronto.
