Iverlid Ballarò

The apartment is right in the heart of the historic centre of Palermo. It was a short walk from the railway station. It was clean and spacious.

The stairs from the street are tricky to climb. It is in a residential area and, unsurprisingly, the locals aren't too keen on holiday makers.

We spent wonderful 7 days in Iverlid Ballaro apartment. It is extremely well located, one minute from Maqueda street, one minute from the famous Ballaro market and a 5-minute walk to the bus station in Via Roma (bus no. 101, station Roma-Palazzo Ganci). If you want to go to the beach to Cefalu or some other place, you can get to Palermo centrale (railway station) very quickly and easily (2 stations by bus or take an easy short walk) . Iverlid is so kind person and communication with her is excellent. I can really recommend this apartment!

We really appreciated the location

To be honest, we have some complaints about our stay. To begin with, we had really noisy neighbours. There were situations when children shouted very loudly as well as their parents at 2 a.m., so we couldn’t sleep. Secondly, I have to admit that there were little toilet papers, so we had to buy it. What is more, the cleanliness was not as good as we expected.
