Postele a balkónové dvere vŕzgajú, záchodová doska neupevnená, držiak v sprche rozpadnutý, madlá na kuchynskej linke ostávajú v ruke, wifi nefunkčné, susedia hlučný. Chcelo by to 2-3 hodiny práce a vsetko by bolo ok

Posto centrale (sito in una traversa di via Maqueda, a circa 400m dai “4 canti”)comodissimo per girare il centro di Palermo, fuori dalla movida e facilissimo da raggiungere dalla stazione centrale di Palermo. L’appartamento è grande, decisamente pulito e con diverse cose al suo interno. Vicinanza di tutte le cose da vedere e di posti per mangiare. I proprietari disponibili e gentilissimi.
La zona esterna non è molto bella da vedere o da percorrere, l’appartamento è sufficientemente tenuto (doccia del bagno rotta, portasciugamani rotto, stendino rotto, lavandino di cucina macchiato, alcuni mobili con segni di tazze etc) e poco insonorizzato verso l’esterno , molto buio e di non comodissimo accesso (una stretta scala che porta al 2 piano). La cosa decisamente no è la disponibilità di saponi,dentifricio, shampo in flaconi, crema solare in flaconi già aperti.
