Very good location, well organized property, helpful staff, full kitchen

Not the property's fault but parking in Thessaloniki is a nightmare, in addition the area of the property is the worst due to central location. You cannot find a nearby place if you are ready to pay a lot. Most garages do not operate on 24h basis.

We enjoyed our stay at Meyia studio and it served the purpose for what we had planned.

We stayed for 4 nights and the accommodation was clean and comfortable, the location is very good for getting to the local attractions, shop’s restaurants and public transport. The room provided us with a comfortable base for exploring Thessalonki. The facilities were ample for what we needed during our stay. With the option of making simple meals if needed.The shower and toilet facilities were also very good.

As the apartment is based in the city there was a fair amount of noise from outside, which if you are not used to city living can cause a disturbance. However the location is very good as previously mentioned for convenience.

Very nicely furnished, comfortable bed, very clean.

The street was a bit loud (cars and motorcycles). But with closed windows it was OK. The stairs to the first and second floor are steep. For a young person, no problem at all. But for the elderly or people who find stairs challenging, I would not recommend it.

a very nice place to stay in Saloniki

Location is great for visiting the city with the seaside and the old part of the town in a walking distance, the owners are helpful and care about guests' comfort, the apartment was clean and comfortable, we had everything we needed: a comfortable bed, a functional bathroom, working and easy to use air conditioning, good wifi, a hair dryer and an iron. We didn't use the kitchenette, for there are so many nice restaurants and cafes in Saloniki, but it was fully equipped.

Exceptional stay at unbeatable price!

This was an exceptional stay. From the very first steps into the building, you are treated with absolute cleanliness and beautiful design. It's actually delightful as you feel that the owner actually cares about his guests, and strives for excellence in his services. The room was super-clean, tastefully decorated in a minimal design with colorful touches. Just the perfect environment to relax in after a busy day at work or long walks exploring the city. Nice & comfy bed, fully equipped kitchen, good AC, cozy little balcony to sit and enjoy the street vibes. The location is just perfect, the property sits right between the amazing old city and the waterfront, with everything you'll need around the corner: Bakeries, Supermarkets and soo many Cafes and Restaurants. The host is super helpful and attentive, and everything is offered at an unbeatable price. Thank you so much - everything was excellent!!

Very fair, very clean and ergonomic place!

It was very clean, with minimal decoration, nice size bathroom, all you needed in the small kitchenette and full size refrigerator. The bed was also comfortable, it had sockets next to the bed. In general it had everything you needed.

The stairs are a bit steep, so people with mobility problems need to know it, for the 1st and 2nd floor. Another thing, but nothing that has nothing to do in fact of the room, but something to consider is that generally in these area of Thessaloniki is the difficulty to find a spot to park you car (if you visit with your car) and the police is not hesitating as we found out the hard way... :))

Everything was excellent within the apartment... spotlessly clean, comfortable, and cosy. Nice touches such as Camomile tea and water in fridge. Access codes worked perfectly, much preferable to keys.

There was some noise from the street, both people and traffic, in the early hours. Also my flat was near the front door, so guests returning late and slamming door also disturbed me. This is outside the owners' control, but I thought it should be mentioned to warn people who are light sleepers like me.

The place was really clean, cozy and you have pretty much all you need. Also, you're kinda close to the port and many restaurants.

The room being located at ground level, the entrance door can be heard really loud. Also, there is no parking, but if you're lucky, you can find one pretty close.

My first review ever because I was genuinely surprised and happy about this place. City center location, super clean, great aesthetic and Vanessa was really helpful! would definitely recommend MeYia studios when visiting awesome Thessaloniki.

Very decent

Newly renovated and refurbished building and room. Super clean, great location and very fast, direct and friendly communication with the hostess.

We booked a room for three people but the sofa bed for the third person was very hard and uncomfortable. I think a small mattress on top of it would solve the problem.

Ett bra alternativ till hotell.

Läget var perfekt. Nära till strandpromenaden och flertal sevärdigheter. Bra med rabatter för pensionärer. Sängarna var otroligt sköna.

Saknade en liten kastrull och en stor kniv. Svårt att skära bröd med ett grillbestick, och koka ägg i en jättekastrull. Annars saknade vi inget

Prachtig schoon appartement met top service!

Alleen maar lof voor deze accommodatie en de eigenaren! We zouden één nacht verblijven maar omdat de ferry naar het vaste land enorme vertraging had leek het er aanvankelijk op dat we niet meer naar Thessaloniki zouden kunnen die dag. Uiteindelijk lukte het toch nog (we kwamen om 01.00 aan) en bood Vanessa, de eigenaresse, ons aan om ook de volgende dag nog in het appartement te verblijven zonder extra kosten. Wat een service! Daardoor konden we de ochtend lang uitslapen en ook in de middag nog lekker in het appartement totdat we naar de luchthaven gingen. Het appartement is daarnaast ook echt super. Heel schoon, goed bed en alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig voor een goed verblijf!
