Apartamentos Soho Boutique Gran Vía

Great central location. Comfortable space for four adults. Great to have two bathrooms.

Slight smell of drains occasionally. Coffee machine did not work

Great location, very clean and spacious

Who ever was at check in needs to be a little nicer with a smile

Location and comfort

Staff and air conditioning issues in the unit

The location was excellent, with everything within easy reach. The rooms were beautifully designed, and the bed was extremely comfortable.

The overall experience was quite disappointing, especially considering the price paid. First, there was absolutely no housekeeping during our three-night stay. The room was never cleaned, and the trash bins were not emptied once. On our last night, there was a serious issue with the fire alarm, which kept going off until around 5 a.m., accompanied by flashing lights. As a result, we barely got any sleep. Given these circumstances, I requested a late checkout the following morning, even offering to pay extra for it. Unfortunately, the property refused, despite the fact that the sleepless night was caused by an issue within the building. I found this lack of flexibility and consideration particularly disappointing. Overall, the value for money was poor, and apart from the excellent location, I cannot say I was satisfied with my stay.
