Also wir waren zu siebt, zwei Erwachsene mit unseren 5 Kindern. Im Haus ist alles was man braucht. Es ist wirklich top eingerichtet, auch in der Küche findet man alles. Für den pool, kam öfters ein Mann vom Poolservices und hat alles gecheckt. Die Lage ist eigentlich ruhig. Würden gerne wieder kommen :)

Zur Lage muss man sagen, dass hinter dem Haus zwei große Baugrundstücke sind und vor dem Haus ein Rohbau. Bei unserem Aufenthalt wurde dort nicht gebaut aber man muss halt berücksichtigen, dass es laut werden könnte wenn es weiter geht.

We loved our stay at Art Villa Presika, as it was perfect for 3 parents and 4 adult children (but we would recommend the house for families with small children as well). The location of the villa is very good, the beautiful old town is only a 10-15 min walk, but restaurants can be found even closer. Stores are 10 min drive, so you can also prepare meals yourself in the fully equipped kitchen. The house is spatious even for 7 adults and very clean. The owner’s paintings give a special ambiance. We did not spend a lot of time in the garden, but it is also equipped with sunbeds, a small pool and grill facility. Pula, Rovinj, Porec are approx. 1 hour drive away and we also found beautiful beaches within 30 min.
