Our holiday home, measuring 116 m2 is set on a 1800 m2 property. Located in a charming and quiet area, guaranteeing a delightful escape for a well-deserved holiday.
Just 3.3 km from the Old Town of Labin and 4 km to the nearest beach, the property offers a ground floor apartment. Recently renovated with care and creativity, it combines a stylish design with the comforts of a home.
Perfect for families with children to enjoy a fully fenced garden, including a spacious seasonal swimming pool, sun terrace, the shade of olive and fig trees, offering plenty of space for play and relaxation.. The house accommodates up to 6 guests in 3 rooms. Within the property, there is secure covered parking for 3 vehicles. The 28 m² roofed terrace to be reached through sliding doors in the dining room opens your door to the world of grilling, with a 2 burner gas grill and convenient side tables. It’s perfectly sized to grill burgers, chicken, steaks or fish. In case you prefer a garden fireplace, there’s one just down the terrace stairs. Enjoy your meals with family and friends around a 6-seat table on the shaded terrace.
The peaceful mornings are ideal for joggers and readers. While your privacy is fully respected, help is around the corner: the host lives in a house just 100 m away and is easily reachable to contact in case you have any special requests.
The owner’s daughter lives in the separate section of the holiday house sharing the parking with one vehicle. She is respectful of your space but available should you need any assistance during your stay.

Your privacy is our priority, we only share the parking area, with two covered parking spaces dedicated solely for guests. Our on site host always nearby in case you need any assistance, but otherwise, you can relax and enjoy your stay undisturbed.
