Stayed here with my sister and had the most relaxing time. The house is situated in a beautiful, quite rural area close to the old town of Labin which you can walk to. First thing we saw on arrival was the beautiful pristine swimming pool, which was cleaned very morning, so remained pristine throughout our week long stay. The house, situated in front of the owners property is actually 2 self contained units, each having a kitchen, lounge area and double bedroom. My sister stayed upstairs in the air conditioned unit. Downstairs, which is solid brick is kept cool by keeping shutters closed to keep the sun out and only has an electric fan. The units are well equipped and spotlessly clean. The beds are very comfortable with crisp clean bedding. Doriana and her husband were exceptional hosts. On arrival Doriana gave us information on local restaurants, shopping, sights and beaches to visit etc. which was really helpful. We had a minor, non urgent issue with a door which was responded to immediately. Doriana also kindly brought us some local home made goodies. There is a variety of supermarkets a short ride away and there is a good choice of restaurants within walking distance. Our only regret is we only booked for a week and wish we had made it longer.

It was pretty nice, owner are very friendly. Nice restaurants in walking distance. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Pool was very nice. New Kitchen. We got Fruits and Drinks for welcome.

This is a well equipped house( 2 appartments) upper one with a lovely balcony for breakfast whilst teenagers still sleeping down below). Good pool and outside space for bbq and eating. Short walk into old Labin , we were lucky to be there for their festival night, classical concert in the church and did some wine tasting. 10k to Svete Marina for swimming, paddle boarding, taking out a small boat and beachside eating. Big supermarkets in new Labin, down the hill also good small local market. Host was helpful, house very clean and lots of cleaning products, dishwasher tabs etc. They brought us figs from local neighbour. Highly recommend
