Villa Teodora is an excellent choice for a good holiday. The garden is spacious, with a private pool, practical parasols, comfortable deck chairs,
a lot of greenery and safe for children. There is plenty of room for parking on the property.
The kitchen has all the necessary appliances, spices and cutlery.
There are many large windows that give a lot of light inside. The bedrooms are quiet, and have a view to the fresh and green nature.
The living room has a large, comfy sofa, and a comfortable arm chair.
The area is calm, the mornings are fresh and sunny, and the evenings are peaceful and romantic.
There are many good restaurants around, and the beaches have pure and clear sea.

Excellent stay at the house. Good location in Labin - with a short drive to restaurants, supermarkets, other amenities.
Some great recommendations from the host - Duga Luka being a personal favourite.
Beds were very comfy - a big plus for us.
Pool and outdoor space were great.
Take insect repellent - there are bugs about. Water shoes a must for local beaches as well.
Overall, excellent stay and would recommend the house and Croatia. Good base for a day trip to Slovenia and Italy as well.

Wunderschönes Anwesen mit viel Platz und hoher Qualität: Sehr solide Bausubstanz. Das Haus hat dicke Mauern - so bleibt es auch bei sehr hohen Außentemperaturen - bei geschlossenen Fensterläden - angenehm kühl. Genial, dass Hunde willkommen sind! Allerdings sind die umliegenden Strände (wir haben die im Umkreis von 9 km gecheckt) nicht wirklich hundegerecht bzw. mit Hundeverbotsschildern versehen. Wir haben unsere dann halt unsere Hundis zuhause gelassen. Aber das Anwesen ist wirklich erste Klasse!

Sehr schöne saubere Unterkunft mit großen sehr gepflegten Garten. Die Außenanlage mit den Sträuchern, Blumen und Weinstöcken spenden viel Schatten. Der Pool ist zur Abkühlung groß genug. Sehr ruhige Lage mit freundlichen Nachbarn. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Der gesamte buchungsvorgang inklusive zahlungsabwicklung sehr unkompliziert, es hat alles sehr gut funktioniert. Haben eine sehr schöne Woche verbracht.

Wir können nur positives über das tolle Haus berichten
Wir waren mit 2 Familien dort, es war ausreichend Platz für alle, der Pool war mega schön , er wurde jeden Tag vom Besitzer am Morgen sauber gemacht!
Die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht!
