Modern holiday house in quiet surroundings, with a large garden and swimming pool, surrounded by nature, only 7 minutes from the nearest beach.
This nicely decorated holiday home, far from other houses, with a pool and large garden in a green area of the small village Brgod and near Labin and Rabac in Istria, is only a few kilometres from the beach.
The beaches in Rabac, surrounded by crystal clear waters, are known as the most beautiful of the peninsula of Istria.
The small fishing village Trget in a 7 minute's drive from the house, has cosy pebble beaches and a dog beach. Trget has two restaurants/bars and a small grocery store.
Close by is the charming medieval town of Labin is well-known for its cafés, fine fish and seafood restaurants and rich cultural life, including concerts and jazz and classical music festivals that take place throughout the summer. Four large supermarkets are in Labin and there are several small shops.
The holiday home has three bedrooms with three bathrooms, an open kitchen and a large living room. The beautiful, covered terrace overlooks the pool, and Mediterranean plants in the garden.
Electricity and heating costs, bed linen, the final cleaning and the tourist tax are included in the booking price. Towels, tea towels, etc. are available. Please bring your own beach towels.

You can rent a beach bed on most of the beaches near the city in Istria.
The holiday home is only 12 km away from Rabac. The beaches in Rabac are only a 15-minute drive away. In our opinion, Rabac has the most beautiful beaches in the region of Istria. There are many restaurants and bars.

A wonderful Villa with a nice pool and garden. Easy communication with the owner Vanja. We really enjoyed it here and recommend this house 100%.

Very new, well equipped and clean House in a wonderful Location! Our hosts were so nice and provided us with a huge welcome meal and local wine when we arrived.
You will need a car, but all facilities and supermarkets are in the next village, Labin or Trget.

We spent 15 days in family in the villa, 2 families of 4. Everything was really perfect. Swimming pool is super, and the villa is perfect for 6 to 8 people. The owners of the villa are wonderful people, always helpful and very nice 👍🏼. They prepared a meal when we arrived, and gave small offers when we left. You can go there without any hesitation. Place is really quiet, and 15 minutes drive from Labin and Rabac. You are in less than one hour in Pula, Premantura, Rovinj and Porec, all wonderful places to visit. Really a perfect stay in Istria !!!
