Size of flat , located well , staff was very responsive.
Showers were poor , washer dryer very poor . Dryer too many cycles to work .

The location is great and it has lots of facilities. Mostly clean. Air con great to cool the flat down. Manager came to talk to us about our problems the very next day and was very helpful.
Heat constantly on, though we know this is not their fault. Windows are not safe as they open wide and have no safety features to not fall out. Kitchen was dirty in parts. Washing machine smelt. Layout of bathrooms meant you had to squeeze past the bath/door/sink to get around those rooms, just feel the units are too big for the rooms. Not enough hooks for wet towels. Doesn’t feel very loved for instance the timer on the oven/microwave wasn’t set (little things).
