We booked here due to proximity to the Knightsbridge tube and safety in the area, but the high end street is a bit more sterile than some other neighborhood locations may be. Overall fantastic location. Pros: location, building is very nice, doormen were kind and helpful. Cons: the electrical panel regularly short circuits, so lights would go out and the shower wouldn't turn on as its on a fancy electrical dial. Once we realized, we kept a chair by the panel and could hop up and flip the breakers when needed. Also, not perfect for kids as the apartment is built for a very tall human. Small detail but with only one bathroom - our feet dangled while on the toilet, we couldn't see ourselves in the bathroom mirror, shower step is very high.Lastly, I was forced to pay via the app to "request" early check in, and upon arrival spoke to a nice person who eagerly arranged to let us in. No one had recently been there, so better and faster communication would have helped me, but I was able to request a refund for that money.Highly recommend for adults, girls trip or something similar!

The property is on Sloan street which seems to be one of the best streets in London, it has all the high end designer brands like Hermes, Chanel etc and then of course Harrods a few minutes walk away. The apartment itself was very quiet, spacious and really clean. Craig was very responsive and amenable as a host. This will be our go to place when needing to be in west London.
