Die Wohnung ist wunderschön gelegen, sehr modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Wir haben von dort aus Fahhrad-Touren und tolle Wanderungen gemacht. Der perfekte Ort, um Ruhe zu finden und zu entspannen ♥️

Obiekt bardzo czysty, ma wszelkie udogodnienia aby miło spędzić w nim czas. Cicha i spokojna lokalizacja z dala od zgiełku miasta natomiast blisko szlaków prowadzących na pobliską górę oraz nad jeziorem do najbliższego miasteczka. Kontakt z personelem bardzo dobry. Zdecydowanie polecam.

This is a beautiful apartment in a genuinely historic location and the renovation has clearly been carried out to a high standard, with good-quality materials and considerable attention to the overall appearance. Unfortunately, the practical shortcomings of the property and the way it is managed significantly detracted from our stay.

Getting to the property was unnecessarily difficult because the address on Booking.com is incomplete/incorrect and does not lead to the right location. When we explained that we were lost, we received unclear instructions and photographs rather than GPS coordinates, which we eventually had to request explicitly. More concerningly, the same incorrect address is still being used despite our having pointed out the problem. The house rules are unnecessarily complicated and, in places, contradictory. The rubbish instructions refer to an outdated calendar, while guests are also told not to leave rubbish inside but given specific dates for taking out different types of waste. The additional charges for bed linen and towels are not particularly transparent, being mentioned only as “for a fee” under the bathroom facilities. In our view, this is also somewhat at odds with what one would reasonably expect from a four-star property. As mentioned in previous reviews, there is no air conditioning. During our stay, the bedrooms reached 28–29°C at night, making sleeping extremely uncomfortable, while the ventilation provided was simply not effective enough. This was compounded by the fact that only two windows have insect screens, making it difficult to ventilate the apartment. We also found two scorpions inside. Fortunately, Lombardy scorpions are apparently harmless, but finding scorpions indoors is nevertheless unsettling. Cleanliness was another concern. We reported the issue and were told that the cleaning company had been informed, but no further action was taken, despite us still having a full week left at the property. Privacy and noise are also significant drawbacks. The apartment is directly on a walking trail, so passers-by can see into the rooms. Noise from the apartments below and opposite is constant, and food smells enter from the terrace of the lower apartment, directly beneath the living-room window.
