Excellent location being right on the beach. Parking wasn’t as bad as expected; we were able to un/load down the little side street whenever we needed and on street parking is free towards the carpark. The property is really spacious considering the plot size and we found the beds really comfy too.
It needs a thorough deep clean. The entire ground floor tiling is in dire need of a steam clean - remember to take your slippers if you don’t want filthy feet! The kitchen cobwebs were also very impressive.
Would have appreciated information about the layout, notably having to access the twin room through the single room as this was awkward for family members - we wouldn’t have booked if we’d known.

The wonderful and well equipted open plan kitchen and dining
choice of front and back outdoor sitting areas
so close to the bus stop,
cosy and comfortable living room,
Top class cotton bed linen and an abundence of fluffy white towels
Extremely comfortable beds
The character of the cottage and its lovely decor
Knowing there was cheerful, generous .and immediate help on hand from Debbie
Having to use a handheld shower in the family bathroom,.
Having to access one of the double rooms through another bedroom.

location is great.
Price is top tier, some aspects of the property were not top tier. Basics like hand towels and soap in the bathroom, bread knife missing in kitchen, some aspects of the house were not the cleanest. Lino in the bathrooms and finish in some rooms poor.
