Comfortable cottage ( Plas Yw ) set with others fronting on to a car free courtyard. French doors opening from the living room to a private south facing garden with table, chairs and umbrella at the back of the property. Well eqipped kitchen , bathroom and ensuite shower room to main double bedroom. Very quiet location away from road but only ten minutes by car into Conwy. Close to Bodnant Gardens ( 1st ) photo. Friendly and helpful owner - thank you Neil.

Great host, location, and facilities. The beds were comfy. Accommodation was spacious. Most everything you need was onsite for a self-catering holiday.
It was quite difficult for us oldies to climb in and out of the tub to shower as it is very high. The shower head could do with being replaced. The spray was on the low side. The peacocks were a novelty, but they kept fouling on the patio and table so we couldn't enjoy the outside space.

Beautiful and easy to get to location. Peacocks on site also! Warm friendly cottage to very high standard. On site cat very friendly too. Excellent heating too.

house is big and spacious, the owner has been so kind to allow us a late check out.
kitchen is very narrow, the table cannot accomodate people in a proper way, being against the wall, not comfortable at all. The bathroom ensuite shower seems a caravan shower, but does the job.
