Sandra was a welcoming and friendly host. Our room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. The location was perfect for visiting various places in N Wales and Snowdonia.

Amazing country house with large gardens and terrace that just begs you to spend time relaxing outdoors. Close to many turistic attractions like Bodnant Gardens, Snowdonia, Conwi, etc. The house is large and well maintained, the rooms are large and well appointed. Very comfortable to sleep or just lounge. The property has a lounge room as well, if the weather doesn't help. Amenities were great: hot water, daily cleaning and excellent wifi. Breakfast is served everyday and it has a good selection of options, all delicious. Sandra, the host, is warm and welcoming, always ready to offer advice for nice places to visit or for a chat. Bonus: SPA services are very close by, so you can enjoy a massage or facial everyday without leaving the property. Prices are very good too. I had a reflexology massage, a leg massage and a rose facial and Sarah was wonderful throughout.
It's only open from April till October. I would love to go stay there in winter time as well.

We liked everything. The house, room, decor, service were all exceptional; but the best part was the hospitality of the owner — thank you Sandra. Once we turned onto the narrow country lane, we felt we were home. It was a perfect base for our exploration of North Wales. You will not be disappointed here.
