Cosy Cottage with Beautiful Views

Sycamore cottage was set in beautiful surroundings. The view from the conservatory and garden was stunning. It was well equipped and very cosy. The owner was responsive to messages. We would definitely stay again.

The house is very cozy. We loved the conservatory. And we’re planning to come back in the spring because it must be even

The house is very cute. The accommodations are excellent. I would definitely come back.

The only problem was that the stove wasn’t working. We had planned to cook, bought everything we needed, but when I started cooking I realized the stove wasn’t working. We are a family who enjoys cooking and had everything planned. We spoke to the owner about the issue and he said he would sort it out, but we had to go out for dinner and for breakfast the next day.

Perfect getaway in a great location.

Perfect home from home, beautifully located, secluded but not far from all you need, views outstanding. Cottage had all the amenities we needed. Comms were great, we didn't want for anything... Our dog settled instantly and didn't want to leave... Pancake house nearby was a great bonus.

Absolutely nothing to do with the property, but the local footpath network needed maintenance, as blocked routes and styles that were not dog friendly hampered our anticipated walks...

We had a lovely comfortable stay for week I. This lovely Cottage was fab can thoroughly recommend.

Booking.com failed to send door code. Only code received was what they described as PIN on confirmation email. Messaged them and received correct code within 25 mins bit annoying as was tipping down with rain but we were pleased sorted COTTAGE WAS LOVELY AND CONFORTABLE IT REALLY WAS IN IDILIC LOCATION WITH BEAUTIFUL VIEWS. HANDY FOR CONWY AND LLANDUDNO.

Stunning location

The location is lovely. Stunning scenery to sit and relax. The cottage is close enough to Conwy centre, but far enough away to feel in the middle of nowhere. Perfect for a relaxing break with plenty of walks nearby. Hosts were great and nice touch to check everything was ok when we got there. Easy parking available close to the cottage. Great value for money stay.

The cottage is dark and very tired looking inside. A little love and care could transform it a lot. Levels of cleanliness were also disappointing. Lots of dust and cobwebs. Quite a few kitchen utensils and crockery were dirty as well. Little things, but they make a difference

Room with a view to die for!

The cottage was beautiful - just as described with all the facilities needed. Cannot describe the view - it was so beautiful that we didn't want to go out. Would have liked to stay for longer but commitments wouldn't allow. Would recommend to anyone.

Lack of electrical sockets in the lounge, but there were plenty elsewhere.

Wonderful location, well-equipped and comfortable cottage, helpful information

The conservatory with the beautiful view was a real bonus. We enjoyed watching the birds coming in to the feeders. It was also great at night for stargazing!

I drew the short straw and stayed in the room with the very low doorway! I did bang my head once or twice but it wasn't a major problem!

Cosy cottage with great views

The cottage was clean and cosy with everything provided. The instructions were clear and easy to understand and the hosts were helpful and in regular contact The location is beautiful and the rear of the cottage had incredible views. My daughters loved the fairy lights and huge bath!

Well located property for everything we wanted to do on our short family break. The house was lovely and clean when we arrived and we loved the use of the log fire too.

A lovely stay with amazing views!

The cottage was lovely, nice mountains view from the garden/conservatory. The facilities there were good, and it wasn’t too far from places when driving. There was parking, and the place was quiet and serene. We had a lovely stay and would love to come back here in the future.

We had a problem with the shower going cold at first, but we were able to figure out how to keep it hot. You may have to travel a bit to get to certain place (no longer than 20 minutes) but that was never a problem for us, other than that the cottage was perfect. :)

Awkward to find, introduced owner to W3W but even so was difficult to find the guest parking as the sign is so small thought I was at a dead end for 10 minutes and was about to head back toward Conwy for reception to phone....

A lovely welsh cottage with great view.

The view, the location, the cleanness and coziness of the cottage, and the easy and hassle-free communication with the owner.

The double bedroom downstairs with ensuite is lovely and comfortable. But all rooms upstairs have angled/low ceilings and the single room is actually a box room with an approximately 1.2m height door, which is not practical for any adult or any small child as parents may need to check on the child in the mid of the night...so I would say that the cottage is very comfortable for couples or family of 4

Lovely location, beautiful views from conservatory. Comfortable beds.

There was nothing to complain about, it's just that the cottage was not outstanding. For instance being a cottage it was quite dark and once the sun set the lights in the conservatory (dining room) were too dim to properly enjoy an evening meal or to sit round the table. There was no hand sanitizer or towels provided, again not a particular problem, just a little inconvenient.
