Mould in bedroom., door did not shut, noisy AC, broken AC, window with no mosquito screens, smell of mould, shower is not earthed (dangerous) entire hotel is run down, needs to be renovated.

Gostei que o quarto para 4 pessoas, são na verdade uma suíte com outro quarto com porta.

Não gostei a luz ficou piscando e teve curto no ar condicionado , eu acordei e desliguei os 2, alem do chuveiro queimar, tudo muito antigo e que a rua alagou, tudo muito escuro, café da manhã fraco, sem muitas opções, e que a recepcionista não cobrou o valor todo, faltando R$30,00 eu entrando com a mala. E depois ficou me mandando mensagem pedindo que pagasse o restante a todo momento

Dias tranquilos em família.

Café da manhã foi bom, bem servido. Como sugestão, poderiam colocar horário 7h às 10h ou de 8h às 10h.

Apartamento oferecido, assim como observamos em várias partes do hotel/pousada, precisa de manutenção predial. É importante ressaltar isso, pois o valor da diária é caro quando relacionado com estrutura e limpeza oferecidos. No dia do check-in, caiu chuva forte e a água entrou no quarto. Sendo que a porta da sacada possui uma vedação que estava colocada de maneira errada. As portas do Blindex do banheiro não abriam corretamente, o q gerou dificuldades principalmente para minha mãe que já é idosa. A limpeza básica, foi feita durante primeiro dia da estadia (como serviço de quarto) mas mesmo assim, tinha muita poeira no quarto de solteiro embaixo das camas, sob os móveis e o blackout das cortinas, estava engordurado com muita sujeira, impedindo de abrir e fechar corretamente as cortinas.

Atendimento de todos os funcionários foi maravilhoso show de bola nota 1000. O café da manhã Bom, tudo bem simples mais bem servido e organizado. O local do café super agradável de frente para a piscina.

A limpeza do quarto que eu estava com minha esposa não estava bem limpo! Inclusive tinha muitos pernilongos e baratinhas. E assim que chegamos e fomos para o quarto nos deparamos com o banheiro sem uma gota de água! Mais que foi solucionado um tempo depois. OUTRA COISA MUITO IMPORTANTE É QUE NO ANÚNCIO DO BOOKING INFORMA QUE TEM ESTACIONAMENTO! O QUE NÃO FALA É QUE O ESTACIONAMENTO É PAGO NO VALOR DE 40,00 REAIS A DIÁRIA. EU PAGUEI DUAS DIÁRIAS PARA NAO DEIXAR MEU CARRO DORMIR NA RUA.
