the pool was not clean, water was green. definitely not good for bath. I also paid for a double bed, instead we got two single beds together/ close to each other. so there was a very uncomfortable gap. breakfast is also not the greatest.

The only positive experiance was the receptionist/guard who was welcoming us when we arrived in the evening, very friendly, talkative, explained us everything very clearly, recommended us things to do and restaurants with a very good food.

In the country of flora and fauna the fruits for the breakfast looked "tired" and “dying”, on the table there were flies flying everywhere around the food. The air-condition in the room is so old, dirty and noisy that we turned it off. The room smelled like mold. And at the end, we wanted to make a laundry, they didn’t give us any information regarding the price, only told us to bring it and sign some paper, well, no surprise because we paid 75 euros! We asked the owner, why there is no price list or anything, and he just said that "it is expensive". Not reccomended! In this area there are better places to stay in! even we did not pay much for this stay, we have already stayed in many places with a same price, but much better quality of everything.

Comi ovos, pedaço de mamão e café. Tinha vários bolos, outras frutas mas não tive interesse em comer.

O controle remoto do ar condicionado não funcionava. Tive muito frio durante a noite e não consegui aumentar a temperatura do ar.

Gostamos da localização que é de fácil acesso à praia para pegar táxi boat para as ilhas.

As instalações são muito antigas, parece não ter modernização há tempos. O café da manhã de demora para ser reposto, é preciso ficar pedindo. O ar condicionado é barulhento.

Localização bem próximo a praia e mercadinhos próximo a lanchas para passeios parquinhos e restaurantes.

Fiz uma reserva para três pessoas 2 adultos 01 criança e na acomodação tinha uma cama de casal oque me alegaram foi que a acomodação do meu filho saia grátis mas ja fui em vários hotéis em que saí grátis mas ele tem a cama pra ele no caso não saiu grátis ele não foi contado pois nem toalha de banho pra ele tinha! Vamos para café da manhã muito simples nada de variedades porém bem servido e gostoso outro ponto não uma sanduícheita para que possa ser feito um misto. Hotel não pega wiffi, tem uma salinha de TV em que a tv não funciona.

Hotel e funcionários maravilhosos, mas cobranças a mais pela oyo.

Quarto maravilhoso, cama confortável transferiram a gente pro 4ºandar, que tem uma vista muito linda e dá pra ver o mar, tem piscina, área para crianças, sala de jogos, café da manhã bem servido com ovo na hora, tudo muito gostoso, sauna, elevador, refeitório, área de estar.. tem tudo.os funcionários são receptivos e muito atenciosos o hotel em si, foi ótimo. Farei reservas lá novamente, mas diretamente com o hotel.

Tiveram cobranças extras no cartão de crédito, depois de muita conversa, estornaram apenas uma parte do valor e ninguém resolveu a situação. A booking diz que é problema da Oyo, a oyó não responde e o hotel diz que somente com a oyo que resolve. Outro problema é que eu solicitei um berço no quarto e ninguém respondeu se teria ou não, chegando lá, disseram que não tinha. Sobre o hotel, teve uma hora que o disjuntor do andar desarmou e a piscina estava um pouco suja por causa da chuva mas nada que estragasse a experiência. O hotel é muito bom. Só tem algum funcionário da Oyo fazendo essas cobranças a mais, o que estressou bastante.
