Location close to Ipoh town, walking distances to big hawker center and 99 convenience store. The property was mentioned to be very safe and it was !
Very minor issues with Aircons and autogate operations… really does not need too much attention

Quiet environment.
A security deposit of RM100.00 is requested upon arrival, promised to refund when leaving the property. Informed the owner that we are leaving at 11.30am. Refund the deposit more that 5 hours later after repeated reminders.
