PRIVACY, comfort, style, design, helpful owner, suitable for 6 Person, pool, cleaning a Landry service, parking in front of door, many restaurants and bars in walking distance. Public Beach Pueblo access and many beach clubs just 15 mins by car.
There was no washing machine, electric kettle, or some other equipment in kitchen. For long term stay is Goodrich have it. I firmly believe that the owner will soon resolve these minor issues.
NOT PROBLEM OF VILLA….In Tulum ask authorities for entrance fee to many places. It is over priced and makes Tulum less attractive for turismus. You pay for nothing. Unfortunately.

The villa is super well located near Raum Galerie and great local restaurants. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, and the owners or maintenance people were very kind and responsive.
The kitchen could be better furnished. We had requested a few things and they arrived fast but we don’t want to be asking basic stuff on a regular basis. The pool could be great if the water would not be still during most of the day (the water circulation jets were working at night only) which makes the pool stained. The villa does not have the address anywhere on the gate so it makes it a little hard to find.
