About this villa rental
this villa is a special place to be and feel perfect as it is, in an area where there are still jugle, the property has 1500 m2 and the whole property is surrounded by green big trees and beautiful natural garden with a swimming pool surrounded by natural elements with birds of varius species singing in harmony that will make you feel free.
the villa as you can see in the photos has 4 different rooms all with different designs and details, we call them Bali Room, Modem Room, and Elegant Room.
Bali Room it is in the first floor with more than 55m2 since you walk in to the room you can see why we call it Bali Room it has a kingsize bed with bambu structure and surrounded by unique decor that give a rustic elegant touch, a balcony overlooking the jungle with exotic deck wood ,the walk-in closet and a very special large bathroom with a marble stone tina and outside shower looking the jungle.
Modem Room it has a modern touch with a beautiful design and a mix of elements like exotic Woods, green onyx and a spectacular bambu ceiling, the room is about 50m2 with a kingsize bed balcony overlooking the jungle walk-in closet with a mexican decor, a large bathroom with a jungle view.
Elegant Room it is the biggest room of the villa with almost 90m2 with precious woods onyx stone, it has a kingsize bed a realy large balcony looking the garden and the swimmng pool a very special place to stay, a large walk-in closet that is connected to the bath, the bathroom has a lovely design with a perfect elegant tina and a realy good place to be relaxing.
the living room and the kitchen are an open space where you can have your breakfast dinner or pass just a relaxing day it is beautiful that when you are cooking you can see the beauty of the garden cool and shady , a place where you can sit in the living room or in the garden chair an open and beautiful place to relax
all the house was made in an artistic design decor mixing colors and mexican culture with and special unique exotic woo decor
two of the owner's cats live on the property.

The pictures don’t do this home justice, as other guest have said. Customized bathrooms, lovely tile flooring, open kitchen design, and the best of all, a very generous and available host. Would highly recommend staying here if ever in tulum.

All the reviews do not do this house justice. It is stunning! All the rooms are beautifully decorated and have gorgeous showers and baths. The living area is open and the kitchen well stocked. The pool area is lovely and the bonus of a roof terrace with full sun all day was great. The house feels very welcoming and the bikes were great fun. Our house Alaya could not have been more welcoming or helpful. She made our stay even more memorable. I cannot recommend highly enough and we hope to return some day.First class accommodation and host.

If you're debating between booking this property and another one, book this one -- you won't be disappointed! Like other reviewers mentioned, the villa is even more beautiful than in the photos. Every room and bathroom is uniquely decorated, and all have their own private balcony overlooking the grounds. The main kitchen and living area are open to the gorgeous gardens. All the bedrooms lock individually and have air conditioning. Inside the property, we felt incredibly secure and secluded. Alla was super easy to communicate with and checked in with us on WhatsApp before and during our trip. She also shared some great recommendations for places to check out nearby! The property is located around the corner from Calle 7, which is the main street through La Veleta, with tons of great restaurant options within a short walk. It's also about 2 minutes walk from an Oxxo convenience store where you can pick up snacks and drinks. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a more peaceful stay or a better location! We can't wait to come back!
