The perfect format of a holiday stay, rare and brilliant.

Well, I wish there was a place like Urban Haven in every city and town I travel to. The best format of holiday stay: between a hotel room and an apartment, charming history building in the best location possible, all the pleasures of the hotel room AND our own entrance (we stayed in number 1). Clean, cosy, pretty, close to everything and absolutely nice.

Highly recommend, it was perfect!

The location: couldn't be any better or more central, the accomodation: spacious, clean, comfortable, the parking: at the property, safe, spacious. free, and of course our host, Nina: efficient, friendly, helpful but not intrusive, same time. Thank you, Nina, we can't wait to come back one day. :).Subotica is a must see, again and again, and Urban Haven is the best place from where to do it.

Excellent location, 2min walk to the centre. Clean and cozy. It's obvious they put a lot of thought into the apartments. Huge parking lot. Wonderful communication with the owners.

The apartment is just perfect. Thak you a lot!

The apartment is much better than it was shown on the site. First, it wasn't just clean, but absolutely impeccably spotless. Then, it's much more spacious than it looks in the pictures because the high ceiling together with two large windows give the sensation of a large room. There was everything we needed for a short stay, like a hairdryer, some extra blankets, a corkscrew, shoe polish and even a pen and paper, which, oddly enough, we needed. The bed is big and comfortable, the bedclothes are nice, there is a small night lamp on the each side of the bed, which gives you a chance to read at night without bothering your partner. There are convenient wooden shutters, which you can close from the inside if you want total darkness while sleeping. The shower and the toilet were comfortable with nice lighting. The location of the apartment is perfect - very close to the best restaurants and the town centre. All the instructions left in the room were clear and practical. The hostess was friendly, effective and helpful. If we visit Subotitsa again, we'll definitely want to stay there.

We think that better photos at the site would attract more visitors since those ones which are on the site don't give a full picture of this wonderful place.

Happy short stay

Despite late (midnight) check-in dur to travel connections, very friendly & helpful reception. Had a short stay only, but happy to be back next time. Location is excellent - central, walking distance from the railway station, safe and peaceful.

Comfortable and well maintained modern place in an old typical house. Its location is excellent : the street itself is calm but the heart of the city is literally a stone's throw away.

I highly recommend this accommodation!

Great location, very clean. The host thought of everything – the room has everything you might need, from a needle and thread to a first aid kit. We were even welcomed with cold water, which was a nice touch. The accommodation also includes private parking, which is covered in the price.

The best place to stay in Subotica!

We loved it! Location is just 3mins walk from the city center, the parking is avaliable, place is very comfortable and safe. It is brand new, with all the things you need (hairdryer, shampoo, coffe, tea, Netflix on the tv in the room..) The host was super nice and helpful! We will be back for sure!

Apartament was very very clean and cosy. Bed was super comfortable. Everything was provided (water, fridge, soaps etc). Room as in 4-star western style hotel. Owners were very friendly and helpfull. Both speaks English quite well. Apartament is in very city centre, few hundred metres from City Hall and best restaurants.

Comfortable, enjoyable stay

Our room was really nice. It has everything we needed. A large and beautiful room. Good free parking near tue house for guests. The guest house is close to the downtown. We definetly will book a room in the guest house next time in Subotica.

Apartman je prostran, salonakog tipa, izuzetno čist i prijatan za boravak. Iako se nalazi u centru grada, u apartmanu vlada potpuna tišina i mir.
