L'arredamento delle camere era ottimo, letti e divani confortevoli. Stanze spaziose, water separato da doccia/vasca. La cucina era molto bellla e fornita di elettrodomestici. Appartamento grande con ottimo sistema di riscaldamento.
La pulizia e la gestione di dettagli. Gli asciugamani erano piccole e stinti, come le lenzuola non erano pulitissime. Polvere in giro, utensili da cucina sporchi e resti di cibo secco lasciati aperti nei cassetti. La vasca non andava. La presenza degli oggetti per la pulizia in bella vista, sia in bagno che in sala (scope e simili)
