Location. All was clean.
Tight car parking. We're bombarded with notifications, but when we raised a question (twice) we were completely ignored. So, communication is not good.

Location, super cosy, spotlessly clean. Lots of well thought out additions (mirror with built in chargers, blanket for sofa, recliner was so comfy).
The shower was v weak and inconsistent temperature.

Fabulous apartment, comfy and clean with everything you could want! Exceptionally clean on arrival. Comfortable beds and reclining sofa. A fan was a great addition as it was quite warm. It’s in a great location, just minutes walk from lovely pubs and shops in Hawkshead. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
As it was quite warm we had the windows open at night and the noise from the road traffic was quite loud but it’s not such a busy road so it didn’t impact our stay. We were just disappointed we weren’t staying longer!
