​Fantastyczny kontakt: Właściciel to niezwykle sympatyczna i kontaktowa osoba. Jego reakcja na zgłoszony problem z internetem była błyskawiczna – zajął się tym następnego dnia rano, co bardzo doceniam. ​Wystrój i klimat: Mieszkanie jest urządzone gustownie, z fajnymi plakatami i przemyślanymi dodatkami. Całość sprawia wrażenie bardzo przytulnej i przestronnej przestrzeni. ​Prywatność i wyposażenie: Mimo formy studia, aneks kuchenny i łazienka są sprytnie wydzielone, co daje poczucie pełnej prywatności. W wyposażeniu niczego nie brakuje (czajnik, mikrofala, różne akcesoria). ​Lokalizacja: Miejsce położone przy ustronnej ulicy, a jednocześnie blisko centrum (spacerem) i z szybkim wylotem na trasę. ​Komfort: Bardzo wygodne, duże łóżko.
Internet (początkowo): W pokoju nr 3 na górze sygnał był początkowo bardzo słaby, co utrudniało pracę zdalną. Po interwencji właściciela sytuacja się poprawiła, a gospodarz zapowiedział stałe rozwiązanie tego problemu. ​Akustyka: Podłoga w mieszkaniu dość mocno skrzypi, co może być odczuwalne podczas poruszania się po pokoju, a takze dla osób w pokojach na dole (nr 1).
