Great location. Unit not worth the price.

The location was excellent. Close to tourist attractions and excellent restaurants.

Property is not a good value, considering the furnishings and the maintenance of the unit. The key for the unit was not left in the lock box. The unit was not well represented online as it wasn’t clear that all three bathrooms were upstairs. All three toilets that had broken toilet seat seats. They were all repaired by the second day, but then two of them broke again. The kitchen faucet was not mounted properly. One room had a closet that didn’t work and wasn’t repaired until the day before we left. When we arrived, only three of the beds were made up when the reservation was for five people. We were informed we could use the linens that were in a closet, but they appeared not to be clean as they had stains on them. The staff came in on day two and made up the additional beds. The furnishings were very poor for such an expensively priced unit. There were visible patchwork on the walls in every room, which were not painted over. One of the shower drains frequently clogged so you had to stop the shower midstream to avoid it spilling over into the bathroom. There were initially an insufficient amount of bathroom towels supplied. We were given more upon our request. The unit has a lot of potential, but it appears it was put together quickly with very inexpensive furnishings in order to rent it out. No pictures on the wall. Definitely an inferior property to what we rented in Rome and in Venice. I would not be recommending bookings.com to any of my friends or family.

We had issues with missing items in the apartment and some ACs not working; no enough blankets or enough pillows and lights not working; we technically lost one room and the kitchen was not accessible at night. Our stay was comfortable and enjoyable, and we would definitely return in the future.

We really appreciated the location of the property. It was in a convenient area, making it easy to get around and access local attractions. The property itself was spacious and comfortable, providing plenty of room to relax. Overall, it was a great place to stay, and we’d definitely consider coming back.

There wasn’t much to dislike. A couple of the amenities could use a small update, but it didn’t impact our overall experience. We really enjoyed our stay!

The property is very spacious and the area is not too touristy and quite lovely.

A few things were a bit broken (toilet seat/door handle). The communication with the landlord was not great. We were told different things about check in time. Also the check in time was 5pm, which is very late and the check out time was 11.00am, which is quite early.

Extra big flat, inside everything you need, new renovated. 5 or 6 rooms, 2 or 3 bathrooms dueing one night stay i even have not time to visit all of them.

O espaço e a localização.

Banheiros péssimos. Box pequeno e chuveiro ruim. Portas não fecham e duas delas de vidro, não oferece nenhuma privacidade. Sem apoio para toalha ou sabonete. Portas dos quartos e cozinha em péssima condição, rangendo e não trancando. Sala com iluminação improvisada e inadequada. Mesa da cozinha balançando, com risco de queda. Enfim, manutenção ruim.

Fantástico apartamento con perfecta ubicacion

La atención de la anfitriona fue excepcional, se preocupó en todo momento de nuestra satisfacción y comodidad. Además, el apartamento estaba en una muy buena ubicación, muy cerca de todos los monumentos y museos esenciales que hay que visitar en Florencia, y con una cafetería al lado para desayunar fabulosamente. La casa superó nuestras expectativas, las habitaciones eran muy amplias y las instalaciones geniales, no faltó ningún detalle. Las televisiones tienen Smart TV, por lo cual puedes ver cualquier plataforma desde el salón o tu propia habitación. Fuimos 8 personas, y todos salimos encantados con el alojamiento.
