Walking distance to shops and cafes etc was great. lovely town. Harry’s free walking tour was great. Was so good we wanted to pay him, but didn’t have cash. Often we find we need cash in England. Very comfy flat.
The mattress was smaller than the base, which made the bed feel a bit small, but not a great bother.

It was modern..well thought out..very comfortable..perfect space ..comfy bed and sofa..and so light being up high with lots of window space. ..we loved it. Everything was there that we needed. No noise and parking was great too. It was so close to Harrogate centre..perfect location. We really enjoyed our stay.
The house as you approach looks run down and the entrance hall too ..which had a beautiful original tiled floor which was dirty and looked neglected. Also the stairs needed cleaning. So on entering we were wondering what we had come into BUT then you go into the loft and its a different world..
It maybe an ongoing process but just the small matter of cleaning the floor and stairs would make a difference. However don't let that put you off.

Excellent location, comfortable bed, good facilities inside the flat
The shared entrance hall as you walk in the front door is filthy and smells awful. It didn’t set a great first impression. Then, although the property itself is clean, there is an underlying damp musty smell throughout the apartment which is off putting.
The shower, although powerful and hot, is not designed well. Water escapes the short shower screen and floods the bathroom so I had to use two towels and the bath mat to soak up escaped water for the rest of my stay.
The bedroom also starts to get very bright from about 4.30am (summertime) due to the slat blinds so it was impossible to sleep past dawn. I have now seen several comments spreading back over a long period that comment on this same issue so I’m surprised that blackout alternatives have not been fitted already.
