"Loved how spacious downstairs was. Everything was clean and comfortable. The air con was lovely, upstairs and it had everything we needed."

Loved how spacious downstairs was. Everything was clean and comfortable. The air con was lovely, upstairs and it had everything we needed.
The air con downstairs did not work and the door handle in the upstairs bathroom constantly fell off, creating a loud bang. The downstairs bathroom overhead shower head did not work properly. The sinks did not have plugs in so was hard to wash the clothes.

No coffee, unfriendly host, very stressful morning, (my car got “damaged”)
