The location was convenient to getting into town. There was a bus stop nearby where i was staying. Team was ready to help with any issues and quite friendly (those that I met in person)

I was given instructions on how to get the keys and couldn't get to it. Had to call the company to send someone to help me with the keys situation. Then when entering the room, i went to the bathroom and found sink had a problem. It all got fixed but it would have been better that the problem was sorted out earlier than on arrival. Plus, the instructions you get via email can be confusing. I am told not to leave the key in mailbox via email else i would be charged £60 but then instructed to leave it in the mailbox (blackbox outside office) from someone that works in the office. It was a bit confusing. There were house rules given as well concerning noise levels but I was woken up abruptly in the middle of the night by a girl shouting and laughing. Despite the hiccups, I still had a good time.

nothing to be fair this is for students no tvs one of the rooms didn’t have bedding and no towels it advertises a pool table but we weren’t allowed in that room. if your working on aberdeen don’t book this as it’s miles from any eating and drinking places

The floor Was dirty when i arrived. Agents are not local and their advice was to clean the dirty floor with toilet paper. That really upset me and they didnt provide materials to clean it.

Location was okay. Far from center so you need to have bus cards that costs.

As of my stay here since day one I have been complaining that the bathroom is stinking like anything. it seems it has not been deep cleaned for long time. there is stench that becomes unbearable to use it for a little longer time. Nothing was done about it. Moreover the mattress is too much uncomfortable and I guess its springs are worn out and need a replacement. Pillows again are totally uncomfortable. They are too small and flat and I guess lost the fluff of ball fibre in them. There is no air con so at least a room pedestal fan should be placed in summers as at times it gets too hot. Windows don't have mesh on them so if you close them it becomes highly uncomfortable in the room and if you keep them open then mosquitos find their way in. So Please look into it. For guests living there there should be some cleaning that should be done at least after two days as they are here for temporary and don't bring their sheets and towels to replace them every third day. Also please place refuse bags in the room so that one does not have to search them all over. There is no person of contact in the building after 5pm or holidays so what if someone looses the key card or face any other issue there should be some emergency person of contact. When you contact the reception, they refer it that all cleaning and booking are third party concern and for guests of booking.com should contact them back. For booking.com when contacted they refer to reception. so please break this loop as during stay due to personal commitments the guests don't have much time to solve the bureaucratic issues. All they need is peaceful and comfortable time to spend when they reach their room.

The only problem was how to purchase parking vouchers. I struggled to find out, information on the Gov website weren't clear, the staff didn't have any idea. A staff member told me to try the pharmacy nearby, however, they never heard about it, I kept searching in the local shops, post offices after an exhausting night shift. That was so hard. The vouchers are sold at NISA local 66 Garthdee Dr, Aberdeen AB10 7HY. 6 hours cost less than 5 pounds.
