FABULOUS!

Facilities in the kitchen nothing was missing all the gadgets from blender to wooden spoons and main cooker kettle fridge and microwave and complete utensils. Thank you, dear host. Well done!

Nicely appointed two bedroom ground floor flat. Good parking (non allocated but never an issue). Communication was impeccable so check in and check out was as simple as it can get for this type of property. Comfy bed and couch, great home from home.

Superb

The apartment is very clean, very comfortable & has everything you need for a few days away. It's in a very convenient position, close enough to everything yet far enough it if the city centre to be peaceful. There is plenty of free parking around the apartment blocks. The host is most helpful, offering instructions for the property and advice on things to do in the area.

The only thing I can think of is that the shower isn't as powerful as I'm used to.

Reslly well equipped kitchen. comfy sofa, shower/ water was lovely and hot.

tv Ariel was problematic as no main Ariel available and so needed tweaking a lot of the time. hallway carpet could do with being replaced as lifting up and threadbare in places. we didn’t find the beds comfy but that’s just personal choice.

The bedroom was spacious,beds comfy. And bathroom Clean too. Infact the whole entire apartment and furniture good quality. I will return. On my next trip.staff were very helpful when you need their assistance anytime too.which i really appreciated.

Great comfy flat,lovely area,would recommend and stay again if Iin the area

Easy checkin with door code, no problems with parking, parked outside flat, great location, short drive into town and the beach and sports village , our reason for the trip, Asda short walk or very short drive from the property, flat in a lovely area. Flat itself was clean throughout, equipped with all you need in the kitchen, bedrooms a good size with plenty of hanging space for clothes and lovely comfy double beds in each room. Great power shower and two bath towels and hand towels provided for our two nights.

A toaster in the kitchen instead of using grill but that is only my preference

The flat was easy to locate, the self check in was very helpful as we arrived very late at night after a long journey. The flat was very clean, comfy beds, the owners messages regarding check in etc were excellent too. Position is very good for the city centre and other local amenities.

The property was great for us lovely spacious lounge great clean kitchen and having two separate bedrooms work so well for our family it was much nicer than being cramped into one small hotel room

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about the property and would recommend to friends and if returning to Aberdeen we would stay here again

Excellent apartment would book again if an occasion arose to do so

The location for us was excellent, close to family who lived in the area, the property was clean and had all that we needed in it for our stay. Everything worked. The owners were only a phone call away and very efficient in advise or help as needed.

Nothing to dislike - everything was ok. We would have been happy to stay longer if there had been a need to, but as we were attending a family funeral our time was limited to a week.

When we go first day freeze doesn’t work owner order new one it’s come after 2 days and we need to wait for the delivery freeze delivery come late and we lost a day and owner doesn’t care it’s his responsibility for the item delivered to his apartment not ours there is no drying rack they got washing machine but no drying rack we ask for it he said for week stay u don’t get drying rack so what’s the point to put washing machine and no drying rack where should we dry our clothes

Passable

I liked the location and parking was free and there was enough parking on site so never had problem with parking. Asda were right next to the site so can walk there for shopping. Communication was good and Check in was very easy and hassle free. Even though there was a bit of misunderstanding about booking and we been told we will get access of only one bedroom to use but after I communicate they let us use both of the bedrooms. The place was really quite and peaceful.

It wasn't clean as expected. Portable air cooler handle was so dirty and sticky to touch. Also wasn't that clean all over the house. When tried to use the dishes, there was water in cereal bowl. There was half used old bread in the cupboard. No hot water in the kitchen and bathroom sink. Freezer drawers were cracked and rusty at bottom and inside, also weren't that clean as can see rusty marks inside.There was no dining table which was very uncomfortable to sit on the sofa and eat. Bed in both bedroom weren't that great. Bedsheets looked old and used and unwashed. Looked like someone slept on it.
