Host was very hospitable & everywhere was clean

There was no lamps in sitting room or bedrooms One of the sofas was exceptionally hard Property could have done with an airing out

I had an absolutely wonderful stay here and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Aberdeen. From the moment I arrived, I felt very comfortable and welcomed. The house was exactly as it appeared in the photos — spacious, clean, beautifully maintained, and with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Having the whole house to myself was fantastic, and the off-street parking was a great convenience. The location was excellent, situated in a lovely quiet area with respectful neighbours, while still being close to supermarkets and with easy access to Aberdeen city centre. It was the perfect balance of being peaceful and convenient. The house itself was extremely comfortable. The bed was very cosy, the bath was a lovely bonus, and the kitchen was one of the highlights of the stay. It was wonderful to have such a well-equipped kitchen where I could prepare my own meals, along with the added convenience of a dishwasher and washing machine. These little details made it feel like a true home away from home rather than just somewhere to stay. The internet connection was also excellent, which was very helpful. The host was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. I really appreciated the thoughtful welcome touches, including the fresh fruit, biscuits, and tea that were left for me on arrival. It was such a generous gesture and made me feel immediately welcomed. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and genuinely enjoyed my time here. It was a comfortable, peaceful, and convenient place to stay, made even better by such a thoughtful and caring host. I would happily stay here again if I return to Aberdeen and would highly recommend it to others looking for a great place to stay.

Having to leave

It was spotlessly clean. It was warm. The beds were very comfortable. The off street parking was a real bonus. The location was easy to access breakfast!

The bathroom would benefit by tumblers and the bedrooms by bedside lamps.

That it was close to everything u needed

Turned back light on and the lights tripped had to look for the trip box to turn switches back on
