Ottima posizione per godersi i concerti di Festambiente a Rispescia e quindi anche la spiaggia di Marina di Alberese. La camera è molto bella e ristrutturata di recente, con cura in ogni dettaglio. La colazione buona ed abbondante, i proprietari gentili e disponibili.
