In addition, the fjord is good for fishing and the ferry connection takes you to the other side of the fjord, to Sølager. Furthermore, you can also quickly get to Hundested, where there is a brewery, a glassblowing factory and workshops with handicrafts. In Kulhuse harbor you will also see the remains of the Englænderskansen defensive fortification built against the English in 1808 to protect the cannon factory in Frederiksværk.
