The house is located in a picturesque area, just a short walk from the forest and beach. Here you will find a large private communal beach shared with some of the neighbouring houses, as well as two other larger beaches nearby. The North Forest, known for its three unique thousand-year-old oak trees, is also nearby and well worth a visit.
