Filthy cabin and bathroom, WiFi doesn’t work, cold shower and terrible stay.

Nothing! Horrible experience!

Staff doesn’t respond to emails or phone calls. Wi-Fi doesn’t work in the campsite or reception area, booking.com should investigate it. Show box size cabins, one cant even fit the suitcase in the bedrooms, there’s no room for you to stand in the bunk bed room. Cold showers when it is -3C outside, broken boilers and management is aware of it. When I complained, they asked me to use the communal one but why? When I paid for a private cabin then the hot shower should work. Cabin is advertised for 4 people and shower got cold mid way for the first person and the rest left dirty without a shower! Kiddie size uncomfortable beds and no bed linen is provided, disgusting mouldy shower curtain. I’ve asked for a refund.

We stayed for only one night on the way to somewhere else. Good place to camp, I don’t recommend the cottages though.

The pool, the poayground and the surroundings.

The cottage was probabky „cleaned” by the previous guests as it wasn’t very clean. I’d recommend charging everyone for the cleaning an not leaving the option for them to clean themselves. Plus it is really tiny!

it was clean, easy and the cottage it self was very good, the space was fine for a family of four and the bathroom was a very nice luxery.

Stay away from the staff

Nice location.

Staff was not very polite, apparently you have to check out 1 hour earlier than what all their signs says. When we where apoligizing for the late check out, they kept being rude. Generally not very friendly.

Very good

Clean cabin that was ample size for a family of four for a week’s stay. The facilities on site were great the kids loved the play area and pool.

It’d be great if each cabin had a small bbq facility.

Fantastisk familie nytårs ferie

Det var virkelig hyggeligt! En fantastisk lille hytte, en dejlig spa, og et smukt sted det hele ligger på, og tæt på byen så man kan købe ind, vi havde et fantastisk nytår, og alle var såh glade og tilfredse.

Det eneste vi manglede var at poolen var åben, men spabadet opvejede for den lukkede pool, og alt var virkelig et skønt ophold. Ungerne ville ikke hjem.

Slidt lille hytte, ned til skønne Holbæk Fjord

Lå dejligt ned til Holbæk Fjord. Hytten var dejlig varm da vi ankom.

Meget slidt hytte. Lå en del støv, på spisebord, vindueskarm og ude på badeværelset. Brugt bagepapir i ovnen. Svært at gøre slut rent, med gulvmåtte der også var godt nedslidt. Lidt dyr pris for at have hund med.

Enttäuschend, Pool und Whirpool waren der entscheidene Faktor für die Buchung.

- Gute Lage in Nähe des Strandes und von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten - Gute Möglichkeit für Wanderungen - Ruhig - passende und gute, saubere Gemeinsschaftseinrichtungen - Kinderspielplatz mit Hüpffeld

- Wlan extrem schlecht, Musik und Videos nicht möglich, Mails mit Wartezeit - Betten sehr schmall und klein und die Matrazen waren sehr "abgenutzt" - Pool und Whirpool waren geschlossen, obwohl es keine Information dazu bei Booking gab. Bei der Buchung war bei Booking explizit angegeben, dass die Einrichtungen während der Besuchszeit geöffnet sind - ohne diese stimmt das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis nicht - das reale Haus, war nicht dasjenige, welches auf den Booking Fotos abgebildet war (andere Lage auf dem Campingplatz & Dusche ohne Abtrennung, so dass immer das ganze Bad geflutet wurde)

Bellissimo campeggio, sicuro tranquillo e silenzioso. Comodo anche per Copenaghen a un oretta di macchina. L alloggio era pulito, ben servito, ideale per famiglie.

Fin lille hytte, med alt hvad vi havde brug for. Legeplads og hoppepude blev flittigt brugt af børnene. Det samme gjorde svømmehallen og boblebadet, som vi alle nød. Personalet var imødekommende og venlige.
