At the foot of the old historic village of Condorcet, which benefits from a microclimate is located this vacation home. Moreover, between the charming city of Nyons with its famous Oliveriae, the papal enclave of Valréas and the charming village of Buis les Baronnies with its Ubrieux gorge. In the surrounding area are the waterfalls of Aubres, the natural heritage of the Défilé de trente pas and the inevitable ancient city of Vaison la Romaine, popular for its regional market, its Roman bridge and its festivals.
