A cozy interior is formed by the living room, which has an open connection to the kitchen. On the second floor there are two nice bedrooms. A highlight of the house is the large terrace where you can sit back in the garden furniture and enjoy an unrestricted sea view. You certainly won't find a more beautiful landscape, so the days and evenings here will certainly make a lasting impression! The covered entrance area serves as a winter garden, so you will find a nice place here even on cool days. You will be staying in the popular area of Balka with only a few minutes walk to the child-friendly beach and a nice summer café. There's an ice cream shop at the small harbor. You are also not far from charming Nexø, and a trip to cozy Svaneke with its many nice stores, restaurants, etc. is also highly recommended.
