In winter, you can enjoy the warmth and cosy atmosphere by the wood-burning stove. Cooking is a joy in the beautiful and well-equipped kitchen area. A highlight is the delicious bathroom with underfloor heating and whirlpool for wonderful holiday relaxation. One of the three large bedrooms has a television. One bedroom has access to a partially covered wooden terrace with dining area and parasol. From the living room you have access to a large, sheltered and sunny wooden terrace with garden furniture including sun loungers for sunbathing and a hammock for a nap in the open air - and a barbecue for cosy barbecue evenings. Here you can enjoy the sun and fresh air while reading a good book or drinking a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. The house is situated on a natural plot just 300 metres from the beautiful and child-friendly Balka beach, where you can spend hours swimming, sunbathing and playing in the sand. You will be close to a very nice summer café.
