Villa Zeilerboulevard is a very special house. The word holiday is written in capital letters here. The villa can be reached both from the boulevard and from the rear from a quiet cul-de-sac. You will hardly notice the bathers in the house, you can park your car safely on your own property. And if you fancy breakfast or a coffee on the beach, all you have to do is walk out of the front door and you'll be there in half a minute. On the ground floor you will find the spacious hallway, the master bedroom with large bathroom, the very well-equipped kitchen with dining area and the spacious living room. This room has a fireplace (gas), doors to the terrace, a TV, a dining table with 8 chairs, a spacious sitting area and a reading corner. On the ground floor you will find 2 bedrooms, a beautiful Finnish sauna, which can also be used as a steam sauna, and a bathroom. You can park your bikes in the garage and use the washing machine and tumble dryer. On the upper floor there is a large room with a hinged window from which you have a sea view. Here you will also find a changing table for younger guests. The top floor also houses another spacious bedroom and a third bathroom. Villa Zeilerboulevard is not a sterile holiday home, but a lovingly furnished domicile that is also used by the owner family themselves. It is therefore homely and very complete and cosy.
