About this house rental
Villa Zeilerboulevard is a very special house. The location directly on the northern beach of Bergen aan Zee, the sauna, the great living room, the comfort, the garden and the terraces make for an absolutely carefree holiday for the whole family. The word holiday is written in capital letters here.
The villa can be reached both from the boulevard and from the rear from a quiet cul-de-sac. You will hardly notice the bathers in the house, you can park your car safely on your own property. And if you fancy breakfast or a coffee on the beach, all you have to do is walk out of the front door and you'll be there in half a minute.
On the ground floor you will find the spacious hallway, the master bedroom with large bathroom, the very well-equipped kitchen with dining area and the spacious living room. This room has a fireplace (gas), doors to the terrace, a TV, a dining table with 8 chairs, a spacious sitting area and a reading corner.
On the ground floor you will find 2 bedrooms, a beautiful Finnish sauna, which can also be used as a steam sauna, and a bathroom. You can park your bikes in the garage and use the washing machine and tumble dryer.
On the upper floor there is a large room with a hinged window from which you have a sea view. Here you will also find a changing table for younger guests. The top floor also houses another spacious bedroom and a third bathroom.
Villa Zeilerboulevard is not a sterile holiday home, but a lovingly furnished domicile that is also used by the owner family themselves. It is therefore homely and very complete and cosy. Truly a villa to feel at home in!
