At a distance of about 2 km there is the beautiful beach of Badesi, especially appreciated by surfers. The property is located on the hills of Badesi and dominates the entire Coghinas Valley. It offers a varied panorama on the sea and the mountains. Within 20 km you will find some of the most popular tourist destinations such as Castelsardo, Isola Rossa, Costa Paradiso and Valledoria. The thermal baths of Casteldoria are 6 km away. A supermarket is 600 m away, a restaurant 800 m. The center of the village with all services is only 700 m away.
