About this apartment rental
The apartment in the rustic area of my home is very cool in the summer composed of a large living area with a large fireplace a double sofa bed, a table and a large kitchenette equipped with all comforts. A bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe, a bathroom with shower. Parking is also available for guests.
Siniscola is located 50 km from Olbia just 5 km from the most beautiful beaches of Sardinia and at the foot of Montalbo. Ours is a nice apartment located in a quiet area easily accessible from the ring road and a five minute walk from the bus stop. Shops, supermarkets and the historic center are within easy walking distance. The apartment above is inhabited by my family, my husband Michele, our children Giulia Elena and Marco and I Francesca. From August 2019 it is possible to combine this property with my second home, located above this larger one and with a garden suitable for family friends who want to take a holiday together while maintaining their independence

Il soggiorno a casa di Francesca è stato molto piacevole. Padroni di casa accoglienti e disponibili e un alloggio pulito e curato. I mobili e gli arredi scelti con gusto garantiscono un’atmosfera casalinga e rilassante. Se posso dare un suggerimento direi di aggiungere qualche mobiletto e degli appendiabiti per permettere di sistemare meglio la propria biancheria. Nel complesso ci siamo trovati comunque molto bene, le spiagge bellissime distano pochi minuti di macchina e sono facilmente raggiungibili; se avremo occasione di ritornare sicuramente ricontatteremo Francesca.
