The vacation home is located in the quiet Sønderhav directly on the Flensburg Fjord. From the house as well as from the viewing terrace you have a spectacular and unobstructed view over the fjord and the ox islands. The house is suitable for allergy sufferers, as there is a ventilation system that filters dust, pollen and allergens from the air and uses the heat of the removed air. This creates an improved indoor climate and a lower heating bill. The house was built in 2005. With two connected wings and gable walls facing the water, they are clearly inspired by the many small boat sheds that characterized the coastal landscape around the fjord in earlier times.
