Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in meiner Lodge in Glücksburg. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die äußerst freundliche Dame an der Rezeption, die mich sehr herzlich empfangen hat. Ihre freundliche und zuvorkommende Art hat sofort für eine angenehme Atmosphäre gesorgt. Man hat sich als Gast wirklich willkommen und wertgeschätzt gefühlt.

Man konnte telefonisch nur mit einer KI kommunizieren und die Rezeption war nie besetzt. Die KI hat meinen Wunsch nach einem Topper nicht verstanden. Stattdessen lag neue Bettwäsche im Appartment. Die Sauberkeit im Eingangsbereich / Treppenhaus sollte verbessert werden. Während der 4 Tage unseres Aufenthaltes wurde dort nicht saubergemacht. Eine große Fußmatte an der Eingangstür hätte da schon sehr geholfen.
